SSG Landers Prospect Camp has concluded.
SSG held a prospect camp at a general sports park in Satsumasendai City, Kagoshima Prefecture, Japan, from July 1 to 24.
SSG focused on intense technical training with the goal of developing promising players.
After the camp, SSG Futures head coach Son Si-heon said, “We were able to complete the training as planned during the camp. We were able to confirm the potential of the players by focusing on training to strengthen the basics and prepare them for the real world. It was also a meaningful camp for the players to find their own deficiencies and fill them in.”
Pitcher Lee Gun-wook and outfielder Ahn Sang-hyun were awarded MVPs for being the most exemplary players during the camp.
Pitcher MVP Lee Gun-wook said, “I’m happy to be selected as the Pitcher MVP, and I tried to make this camp my own in the technical part. 바카라사이트 I am grateful to the coaching staff for their help and will continue to work hard to prepare for next season.”
Lee went 1-0 with a 2.09 ERA in 27 games this season.

Ahn Sang-hyun, the MVP, said, “In this camp, I tried to develop stable defense and accurate hitting. I will prepare my body well from this winter so that I can play a lot of games next season.”
In 58 games this season, infielder Ahn Sang-hyun batted 2-for-4 with a .302 on-base percentage. Although he is mainly used as a pinch hitter and infielder, he is expected to have a lot of potential in the offense for the rebuilding team.
