‘Five-inning no-hitter’ Hyun-jin Ryu wins for first time in 444 days 76th win of his career
Lowered his ERA to 2.57 snapped Toronto’s three-game losing streak

Ryu Hyun-jin pitched five innings of two-hit ball with two walks and three strikeouts in an 11-4 victory over the Chicago Cubs on Thursday (June 14) at Rogers Centre in Toronto, Ontario, Canada.

His last win came on October 2, 2010, against the Florida Marlins (now Miami) as a member of the Pittsburgh Pirates, when he was 37 years, 3 months, and 2 days old.
If Ryu stays in the big leagues until next season, he could become the oldest Korean pitcher to win a game, whether starting or relieving.
